L’association de collectionneurs d’automobiles et deux roues historiques, Vincennes en Anciennes s’attaquera à sa douzième traversée de Paris en voitures anciennes. Cette édition parrainée par le réalisateur Claude Lelouch qui
participe avec sa Ford Mustang blanche.

Quelques 500 bolides, une boucle d’une trentaine de kilomètres dans la capitale qui part du Chateau de Vincennes, puis place de la République, Sacré-Cœur, place Vendôme, place de la Concorde, Champs-Élysées, place de l’Étoile, Notre-Dame.

The Marché International de Rungis (or Rungis International Market) is the principal market of Paris, located in the commune of Rungis, in the southern suburbs.

Since its origins in the 10th century, the central market of Paris was located in the centre of the city, in a 10-hectare area named Les Halles. It became too small to accommodate all of the business demand, and, in 1969, the market was transferred to the suburbs. Rungis has been selected because of its easy access by rail and highway and its proximity to Orly International Airport.
The complex covers 232-hectares (573 acres); 13,000 people work there every day; 26,000 vehicles enter every day and 1,698,000 tonnes of products are brought in annually. it has the largest turnover of wholesale markets in the world.

Ghent in English, Gand in French and Gent in Dutch is a city and a municipality located in the Flemish region of Belgium. It is the capital and biggest city of the East Flanders province. The city started as a settlement at the confluence of the Rivers Scheldt and Lys and in the Middle Ages became one of the largest and richest cities of northern Europe. Today it is a busy city with a port and a university. Although many of Belgium's visitors overlook Ghent, its beauty is often compared to the more well-known Bruges.

The original station building was constructed between 1895 and 1905 as a replacement for the original terminus of the Brussels-Mechelen-Antwerp Railway. The stone clad terminus buildings, with a vast dome above the waiting room hall were designed by Louis Delacenserie and the vast (185 metres long and 44 metres high) iron and glass trainshed by Clement van Bogaert. The viaduct into the station is also a notable structure designed by local architect Jan Van Asperen.

Muay Thai, translated into English as Thai Boxing, is the national sport of Thailand and is a martial art with origins in the ancient battlefield tactics of the Siamese (or Thai) army. It evolved from Krabi-Krabong, literally sword and baton, the hand-to-hand tactics of the Thai army.

Muay Thai, traduit en anglais comme la boxe thaïlandaise, est le sport national de la Thaïlande c'est un art martial avec des origines dans les tactiques de bataille antique des siamois (ou thaï) de l'armée. Il a évolué à partir de Krabi-Krabong, littéralement l'épée et le bâton, les tactiques au corps-à-main de l'armée thaïlandaise.

The Grande Mosquée de Paris ("Great Mosque of Paris"), located in the 5th arrondissement, is the largest mosque in France and the third largest in Europe. It was founded after World War I as a sign of France's gratefulness to the colonies's Muslim tirailleurs, 100,000 of whom died fighting against Germany. The Mosque was built following the mudéjar style, and its minaret is 33 meteres high. President Gaston Doumergue inaugurated it on July 15, 1926.

The park was designed by Bernard Tschumi, a French architect of Swiss origin, who built it from 1984 to 1987 on the site of the huge Parisian abattoirs (slaughterhouses) and the national wholesale meat market, as part of an urban redevelopment project. The slaughterhouses, built in 1867 on the instructions of Napoléon III, had been cleared away and relocated in 1974.

Le centre Pompidou-Metz est un musée et un établissement public de coopération culturelle d’art situé à Metz, entre le parc de la Seille et la gare. Sa construction est réalisée dans le cadre de l’opération d’aménagement du quartier de l’Amphithéâtre.

Sa création est la première expérience de décentralisation d’un établissement public culturel, en l’occurrence le centre national d’art et de culture Georges-Pompidou de Paris. Perçu comme élément fondateur du nouveau quartier de l’Amphithéâtre, il a ouvert ses portes le 12 mai 2010. Les architectes sont Shigeru Ban et Jean de Gastines.

La plupart des passages couverts furent construits dans la première moitié du XIXe siècle, afin d'abriter une clientèle aisée des intempéries et de proposer le plus souvent un ensemble de commerces variés. Paris comptera jusqu'à 150 passages couverts dans les années 1850 et exportera le modèle vers plusieurs autres villes en France puis à l'étranger à la fin du XIXe siècle siècle.

Most of the walkways were built in the first half of the nineteenth century to house a wealthy clientele from the weather and usually offer a range of shopping venues. Paris will have up to 150 arcades in 1850 and will export the model to several other cities in France and abroad in the late nineteenth century.
